Working directly with the founders (both practicing clinicians) we focused on what would drive the most impact at launch
The Boon MVP is actively piloting with Do Well Physiotherapy across their Vancouver locations, putting the tool directly in the hands of practicing clinicians from day one.
Clinicians are prescribing and filming exercises in the room in real time — reducing end-of-shift admin and delivering a more personalized experience for patients.
With a successful pilot underway, Do Well is exploring bringing Boon to additional clinics — validating the platform's potential beyond a single brand.
The platform is architected to grow with feedback from the pilot, adding features intentionally without rebuilding from the ground up.
